I have just completed a bathroom renovation and full house renovation works… new flashback for Kitchen, new bathroom.. all new appliances and new pipes . There were leaks everywhere with so many additions added due to previous faulty pipes and old appliances. Chris and Mohammed stepped in and helped me all the way. 100 percent! From the beginning to the final completion day. It was a mammoth job and they excelled on all levels. Professional problem solving always left the house clean after work. Put in all hard work when it was boiling hot and no one complained once! I cannot recommend more this company if you need any work done on a domestic or commercial front. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great communication as well through beginning of project to end. Always problem solving and calm as well..Chris as well as Mohammed put such care as well in helping this project run smoothly and Mohammed’s little touches of care for my property were always noticed with such kindness and consideration
Overall fab results! Thanks London Elite!

a year agoChris and his team were great to work with and I'd highly recommend their professionalism and craftsmanship. They took a few weeks to fit my new kitchen and radiators, and were excellent about making sure that the poor electrics that had been left in the flat were replaced and brought up to spec. They kept in contact with me and were flexible and diligent about finding ways to keep to our design. I'll be using them for any work that needs doing in the future!

a year agoPros: excellent work and final outcome; good communication with Chris; excellent and knowledgeable team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.; alerted me quickly of careless approach of painter I hired (not protecting floor, light fixtures, etc.); great ideas and suggestions; quickly grasped what I wanted and understood the expected outcome; quickly addressed mistakes.
Cons: Significant cost increases from first quote to final amount, many of which I agreed to, but many others from poor planning as well as starting work on things before I had agreed to them; disorganised -- clear lack of communication between Chris and his sub-contractors that led to several significant mistakes (although these were quickly dealt with once they were made aware); my close supervision was needed throughout the project to catch these mistakes early; many items were ordered twice and LET was not able to get promised discounts on items ordered from sites they suggested and told me they could obtain at lower price; unrealistic timelines -- deadlines slipped by several months.
As mentioned, overall the work done was very high quality and the result is exactly what I was looking for. A few suggestions for working with LET: order items yourself, continuously check costs and totals to make sure all aligns, make sure to visit your property from time to time to catch any mistakes early.

2 years agoProfessional service. Responsive project manager and polite contractors / staff. Quality of work very good. 1 year guarantee seems to be honoured which gives reassurance. Chris and his team persevered with a difficult roof issue and explored all avenues to rectify problems. Expensive but worth the cost.

3years agoCouldn’t be more pleased with the great job Chris and his teams from London Elite Trades carried out on our property. All the tradesmen were professional, polite, punctual and did a fantastic job clearing up the mess every day. They were brilliantly proactive when more problems were uncovered as the works proceeded and nothing seemed to faze them. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I shall definitely be using London Elite Trades for all further work needed on my property.
